The ratio of the equilibrium equivalent concentration of radon to the actual radon concentration.

The ratio of the equilibrium equivalent concentration to the radon gas concentration. In other words the ratio of potential alpha energy concentration for the actual mixture of radon decay product to that which would apply at radioactive equilibrium.
