Radiation-induced normal tissue damage that is expressed weeks to a few months after exposure (by definition, within approximately 90 days after onset of exposure, e.g. in radiotherapy) for which the severity is dependent on the exposure dose. (Adapted from [[ICRP Publication 118]], 2012)
