Radiation-induced normal tissue damage that is expressed weeks to a few months after exposure (by definition, within approximately 90 days after onset of exposure, e.g. in radiotherapy) for which the severity is dependent on the exposure dose. (Adapted from ICRP Publication 118, 2012)
